AHMSG 2024 Conference Registration:

Everything You Need to Know

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The respective fees are only applicable if the payments have been credited to the congress account by the respective deadline.

Registering before the deadline without performing an actual payment is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction.

How to Register:

  • Only online registrations are accepted.

  • You’ll receive an invoice after registering, and a confirmation email upon full payment.

Payment Deadlines:

  • Pay by the deadline to secure the discounted rate. Late payments will incur a higher fee.

Student/Postgraduate Trainee Registration:

  • Proof of enrollment (student ID, etc.) is required via fax upon pre-registration or at on-site registration.

What’s Included in Your Registration Fee:

  • Access to all conference sessions, exhibitions, and the welcome reception (limited space, first-come-first-served).
  • Important: Room capacity and regulations may limit access to some sessions.

Who Can Attend:

  • Only registered delegates can attend sessions and the exhibition. Accompanying persons cannot participate.
  • Parents/guardians of accompanying children are solely responsible for their supervision.

Late Registration:

  • Conference materials may not be available for late registrations. All materials are distributed on-site.

Registration Capacity:

  • Organizers reserve the right to limit registrations if capacity is reached.
